Emmaus House

Our Senior High and Middle School Youth visit Mitch’s Place three times a year to cook, serve and clean-up for approximately forty people. Mitch’s Place is a year round emergency overnight shelter for single men and women. Guests receive a bed, meals, and staff support to secure needed health and social services in a non-violent atmosphere. Mitch’s offers on-site intervention through Tri-City Mental Health Center and medical assistance in collaboration with physicians from the Greater Lawrence Family Health Center.
